The new study, which believes 40.1 million unmarried house and condo sales over the span of 2011 – 2020, discovered the largest premiums available cost are observed in overdue spring/early summer. “As housing sellers continue to enjoy an elongated seller’s marketplace, moving full steam ahead from the momentum gained within the previous ten decades, the month of May is especially poised to market the best sale premiums,” explained Todd Teta, chief product officer using ATTOM Data Solutions.
According to the analysis, the weeks in which the largest home seller premiums must be obtained are in: May (13.4percent ), June (11.7percent ), July (11.2percent ), April (9.2percent ) and August (8.9percent ).
